   Me: Laser crossbows make me facepalm.

   Adam: In starwars? Those arent actually lasers. They are crossbows that coat the bolts in plasma.

   Me: They don't seem to actually have strings though.

   Adam: They are magnetic. Like a railgun.

   Me: Ok, and the magnetic whatsagizmo has to be shaped like a regular crossbow to get the right leverage?

   Adam: Nah, it just looks cool. Wookies got style.
